    Discovery call

    Priorities, budget, timeline, and the lifestyle you want. I share neighborhood maps and start a private home search.

    Pre-approval with relocation-friendly lender

    Lenders who handle out-of-state employment verification, new-job offer letters, and corporate relocation packages.

  3. 03

    Virtual tours of 8 to 12 homes

    I tour the strongest matches and send same-day video. We narrow to 3 to 5 worth a real visit.

  4. 04

    Visit weekend (or full sight-unseen)

    If you can fly in, we tour the shortlist together. If not, we move forward with sight-unseen contingencies.

  5. 05

    Inspection, close, welcome

    I'm physically present for inspection and final walk. Closing happens by mail-away. Keys are waiting when you land.
